Ng Kam Wing
Mr. Ng Kam Wing is the Chief Technology Officer of our Group and is responsible for the overall IT system control and the development of ITSD of our Group. Mr. Ng holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Hong Kong and holds the membership of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, and is also a professional member of Association of Computer Machinery. Mr. Ng has over 15 years of experience in construction industry and 12 years of experience in the IT industry for providing system integration services in Canada. Mr. Ng joined our Group in Oct 2001.

Wong Chi Cheung, Clarence
Mr. Wong Chi Cheung, Clarence, is the Financial Controller and the Joint Company Secretary of our Group. He is responsible for the financial management and secretarial affairs of our Group. Mr. Wong holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Western Australia. He is a Certified Public Accountant of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Certified Practising Accountant of CPA Australia. He joined our Group in May 2007 and has over 20 years of experience in auditing, accounting, and financial management as well as secretarial affairs. Prior to joining the Group in May 2007, he had worked with Hong Kong listed companies, multinational corporations and international accounting firms.

Mok Pui Wah
Mr. Mok Pui Wah is the General Manager of our Electronics Components Division and is responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing of electronic components of our Group. Mr. Mok graduated from the University of Kent at Canterbury with a bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Electronic Engineers and has over 16 years of experience in Engineering, sales & Marketing of Electronic and Electrical components. Mr. Mok joined our Group in March 1988.

Cheng Pak Cheong
Mr. Cheng Pak Cheong, Ray, is the General Manager of our IC Application Design Division and is responsible for the IC application design segment of our business. He has over 20 years of experience in the electronic industry including sales, marketing and engineering. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Hong Kong; a Master of Management degree in Financial Management and a Master of Business Administration degree from Macquarie Graduate School of Management; and a Master of Laws degree from Renmin University of China. Mr. Cheng joined our Group in July 1988.

Leung Yiu Chown, Desmond
Mr. Leung Yiu Chown, Desmond, is the General Manager of our IT infrastructure Division and is responsible for the new business development and overall operation for the Sun Microsystems business with our Company. He has been in the IT industry for 18 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington. He had been a System Analyst, Software Specialist and Operation Manager responsible for the business process and establishment of technical support group providing technical support for the whole region before join our Group. Mr. Leung joined our Group in November 2001.
